Lekkerland, a European on‑the‑go food specialist with €12.4 billion in sales, presence in seven countries and 90,000+ points of sale, needed a non‑monolithic, highly modular Commerce OS to support component‑by‑component development, MVP/AB testing and minimal technical debt. To meet those requirements it upgraded to Spryker, adopting Spryker Commerce OS and Spryker modules to replace legacy, monolithic platform constraints.

Using Spryker’s modular Commerce OS (implemented with digital agency Nexus), Lekkerland rolled out services as hypothesis‑driven MVPs and AB tests, achieved fast go‑lives, improved user experience and created a scalable platform economy that increased operational efficiency and reduced future technical debt. Spryker’s approach enabled rapid delivery of new components and quicker validation of features, helping Lekkerland maintain a customer‑centric, scalable digital strategy.
