ALLES.AUTO AG was founded with the vision to revolutionize car retailing by creating a leading online automotive marketplace. Their challenge was to build a platform that could seamlessly integrate various retail partners, process vast amounts of complex vehicle data, and incorporate third-party systems and services to create a continuous digital customer journey. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Spryker and its Enterprise Marketplace solution.

The solution implemented by Spryker was a composable commerce platform with an API-first, headless architecture. This provided the flexibility to integrate best-of-breed technologies like Akeneo PIM and Storyblok CMS, enabling a seamless customer experience for online sales, leasing, financing, and service bookings. The results included a future-proof, cloud-based marketplace that launched successfully, with plans to list 100,000 cars and significantly expand its digital dealer network.
