Rockville Science Center, a Washington D.C.-area science museum and education nonprofit, needed a better way to capture donations and membership revenue at events. Sprint Business implemented an end-to-end mobile POS setup on the Sprint network, including Apple iPads, Vantiv card readers, software, connectivity, and support. The solution let Rockville Science Center accept credit card donations and event admissions quickly and securely, reduce administrative overhead, and encourage recurring gifts through online marketing. As a result, the organization reached budget goals earlier, generated a healthy volume of income through Mobile Accept, and improved donor loyalty and receipt handling.
