Working with Springer-Miller Systems and its SpaSoft spa management platform, the property wanted to reduce manual intake forms, make staff schedules easier to access, and improve the guest booking experience while maintaining its premium service standards.
Springer-Miller Systems implemented SpaSoft Online Booking, Mobile, and Wellness, allowing guests to book directly from the hotel website with real-time entry into the system and giving staff mobile access to schedules and digital wellness forms. The solution also automated appointment confirmation emails and improved reporting, helping One&Only Cape Town save time, reduce paperwork, streamline communication, and make better real-time business decisions while strengthening security for guest payment information.
