The Township of Pine, Pennsylvania, a small local government serving about 13,337 residents, needed a cloud-based, user-friendly financial system that could integrate multiple functions and be customized to their workflow while one finance director handled many roles. They chose Springbrook Cloud—deploying the Financial Suite including Business Tax, Purchase Orders and Accounts Receivable—to centralize finance and simplify reporting and budgeting.
Springbrook implemented its cloud financial suite, integrating three general ledger databases, providing automatic updates, visual reporting and an Extended Budgeting tool that lets department heads enter and own their budgets. With Springbrook the township achieved increased productivity and time savings, improved accuracy and data security, the ability for its auditor to complete an audit remotely, and a streamlined, more collaborative budgeting process.
