Sweet Home, Oregon (population ~9,500) struggled with handling personal card data and front-counter CSR time management for its roughly 3,400 utility accounts. To replace several unsatisfactory third-party systems they turned to Springbrook for a modern, integrated payment solution, implementing CivicPay (online payments, Pay Pad terminals and cash payments integration).

Springbrook set up CivicPay on-site, trained staff, and integrated payments directly into the financial system, eliminating manual card entry and physical handling of cards.
