Hammock Gear, a Columbus-based maker of custom hammocks, quilts, tarps and camping accessories, launched a new website just before the holidays that drove a big spike in traffic. Working with Springbot’s customer success team, Hammock Gear ramped up AdRoll spending and deployed Onsite Abandonment, email sign-up forms, triggered emails and targeted holiday campaigns. The effort added 500+ new email subscribers, delivered a 14× ROI on AdRoll, and produced strong holiday lifts — including a 14% year-over-year holiday revenue gain and dramatic Black Friday–Cyber Monday increases (reported up to 164–270%).
