Spring Health provided personalized mental healthcare with fast access to the right provider, real-time availability, care navigation, and support tailored to manufacturing workers, including messaging that normalized therapy and substance use support. The results included 83% of employees showing improvement in depression symptoms, 82% showing improvement in anxiety symptoms, 22% of employees enrolling in care, and 43% of those assessed actively engaging in care.
