Coca-Cola Consolidated, one of the largest Coca‑Cola bottlers in the United States, struggled with "dead time" as field merchandisers waited unpredictably for delivery trucks and lacked visibility into route progress across an enterprise of more than 6,000 users. To stabilize Sales–Merchandising collaboration and gain delivery insight, they initially deployed Spring Global’s Merchandising platform and then asked Spring Global to integrate delivery status into the merchandiser app.
