White Label Mobile App for Hospitals
Clalit Health Services (through its Carmel Medical Center) needed to improve patient care and visitor experience by giving patients, visitors and staff reliable indoor wayfinding, directories and contextual notifications. The Clalit Innovation Department commissioned SPREO to deliver a White Label indoor location‑based mobile app solution (WayfindR) using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons and indoor positioning services.
SPREO deployed BLE SMART beacons, an iOS/Android mobile app and unlimited licenses for indoor positioning and navigation, plus a cloud dashboard for content and beacon management. The SPREO location engine provides live “blue‑dot” positioning, turn‑by‑turn accessible navigation and location‑based notifications; patient satisfaction surveys and usage data show the WayfindR app has made navigating Carmel Hospital significantly easier and improved overall visitor experience.
