Leading Corporate Company, a 774,000 sq. ft., 9‑story headquarters with more than 6,400 employees, needed to move downtown and cut real‑estate costs by optimizing space utilization. To address wayfinding, resource booking and occupancy visibility across the large facility, they engaged SPREO and deployed SPREO’s indoor navigation, IPS and mapping platform integrated with partners (Cisco/Mist, EMS, Comfy, Kony) and JLL project management.

SPREO delivered real‑time indoor maps (blue‑dot navigation), geo‑fencing and location‑based notifications for auto check‑in/out, integrated meeting‑room booking and location‑based fault reporting, plus occupancy analytics and heat maps. The integrations with Cisco/Mist removed the need for battery beacons and fed precise location data into SPREO, enabling automated room releases, accurate headcounts, faster navigation, and data‑driven reconfiguration of spaces—reducing wasted booked rooms and giving facility managers the usage insights needed to optimize cost and space.
