How Style.com offers more value to sponsor

Style.com partnered with social marketing platform Spredfast to create a sponsored Fashion Week experience for MAC Cosmetics. The challenge was to build a cutting-edge, mobile-friendly destination that tied MAC’s brand to Fashion Week, encouraged user-generated content, and gave fashion-focused audiences an engaging, interactive way to discover and consume fashion content.

Spredfast built a mobile-optimized “Fashion Tracker” that mashed up Instagram, Twitter and Google Maps to display geo-tagged photos, filter by designers or accounts, and highlight MAC retail locations. The campaign drove strong engagement: over 30% of visitors interacted with the social product, 33% of map interactions were with MAC store pins, more than 80% of interactions were with photos, 80% of mobile visits were on iOS, and the experience earned coverage in outlets like Style Bistro, Refinery29 and Fashion Monitor.
