Norton Healthcare, one of Kentucky’s largest healthcare systems with more than 40 locations, faced the common challenge of connecting with patients on social media while navigating strict privacy regulations. Before working with Spredfast they relied mainly on in-house thought leadership, did little tracking, and had low average post engagement, so they needed better tools and a strategy to bring personality and measurable impact to their social presence.
