Renaissance Learning, a Wisconsin-based SaaS company providing pre-K–12 educational software and adaptive assessments, needed a better way to manage reporting as it moved from Epicor ERP to Oracle NetSuite. The vendor’s Excel-based solution helped the team bring over a year of transaction history and match segments and category codes, resulting in a smooth transition. Renaissance reported saving four to six hours of processing time each month, reducing close cycle time by one full day, and cutting total reporting time by a day and a half monthly.
