Western Power, a utility operator in Western Australia, faced the challenge of keeping aging network poles safe and serviceable despite fiscal constraints and the need for longer asset life. Spotless Group provided utility support services, including its BRFD™ Pole Reinstatement System, to address this need.

Spotless Group supplied and installed approximately 2,400 pole reinstatement nails using its non-invasive, patented BRFD™ solution. The system offers a low-cost, environmentally friendly alternative to pole replacement and extends the life of compromised poles by at least 20 years, while also avoiding the need for wood below ground.
