The University of Adelaide serves 26,000 students across three core campuses and several commercial buildings in Adelaide’s CBD, creating a large and complex maintenance challenge. Spotless Group provides air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical asset maintenance and management, including ongoing plumbing and electrical maintenance services.

Spotless Group has supported the University since 2002 and is now working closely with it to upgrade switchboards and electrical services across the campuses. This ongoing program helps improve the reliability and management of essential building services across the University’s estate.
