Tip Top Butchers, a Victoria, Australia-based butcher and wholesale food business, needed a reliable partner to support its Laverton main plant and new Eltham wholesale outlet with air-conditioning, mechanical, and electrical services. Spotless Group, working through AE Smith, provided end-to-end project support from concept design through to ongoing maintenance, including refrigeration system design, installation, servicing, and commissioning.

Spotless Group installed and maintained the refrigeration and control systems, fitting pipework, evaporators, condensing units, electronic expansion valves, and freezer cases, while using CAREL PlantVisor for remote monitoring. This helped Tip Top Butchers remotely track temperatures, reduce human reporting error, lower food spoilage risk, and support HACCP reporting, with 24-hour monitoring helping prevent product loss and improve cost efficiency.
