The Royal Children’s Hospital in Parkville, Victoria needed support across a complex healthcare facility, including the new hospital and two retained buildings. Spotless Group provided asset maintenance and management, facilities management, and security and electronic solutions, helping the hospital manage day-to-day operations across the site.

Spotless Group was involved from the design and construction stage of the New Royal Children’s Hospital and now maintains the full facility, including a 6,000m² research building and a 5,000m² administration building. The solution is delivered by approximately 50 Spotless staff, supported by specialist subcontractors, ensuring ongoing facilities management for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
