Sunshine Coast University Hospital, part of the Exemplar Health (SCUH) partnership in Queensland, needed a facilities management partner to support a large 20-hectare hospital precinct and its five buildings, along with critical infrastructure. Spotless Group was engaged to provide asset maintenance and management, facilities management, security and electronic solutions, and utility support services.

Spotless Group implemented a 25-year, 24/7 service covering building operations, helpdesk support, security, car park management, pest control, grounds and gardens maintenance, asset management, and utilities and gas management. The team also ramped up technical readiness for the hospital’s opening, helping ensure the technologically advanced facility was prepared for launch and ongoing operation.
