Stayover by Ausco, a provider of premium accommodation solutions for the remote mining, gas and construction sector, needed support across multiple village locations in Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Spotless was engaged to deliver catering, housekeeping, front office, grounds, and maintenance services across the Stayover by Ausco Villages in Chinchilla, Dalby, Dysart, Karratha and Darwin.

Spotless implemented an integrated asset maintenance and management and catering and hospitality service model to help keep the villages operating smoothly and consistently. The contract, which Spotless has held in Chinchilla since 2012, supports Stayover by Ausco’s remote accommodation operations across several states, helping maintain service quality and operational reliability at scale.
