Ramsay Health Care, through The Avenue Private Hospital in Windsor, faced a severe flood that left the entire basement one metre underwater, including the main switchboard supporting hospital power. Spotless Group, via its Nuvo brand, provided air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical disaster recovery support to help assess the damage and manage the hospital’s emergency response.

Spotless Group mobilized senior electricians, planners, engineers, and managers, worked with the hospital team to support the evacuation of 160 orthopaedic patients, arranged emergency generators, and coordinated the removal and rebuild of the main switchboard. Thanks to Spotless Group’s around-the-clock effort, power was restored in nine days, final inspection was completed 24 hours ahead of schedule, and the hospital was given time to prepare for normal operations.
