PULLMAN, the Melbourne hotel customer, needed to replace its existing 10-year-old Alcatel PABX with a more modern, hospitality-focused communications system. Spotless Group, through its brand Nuvo Group, was engaged to deliver the PABX upgrade at the Albert Park property.

Spotless Group, via Nuvo Group and in partnership with Gant Technologies, managed the end-to-end project, installation, and technical delivery of the new PABX, including all administration, service, and room handsets. The seamless cutover delivered a cost-effective solution with hotel service and customer care features, embedded web management, workforce productivity improvements, and integration with the property management system to improve business efficiency.
