Pinnacle Healthcare partnered with Spotless Group to support the operations of Orange Hospital, Bathurst Hospital, and tertiary mental health services at Bloomfield in New South Wales. The challenge was to manage a large public-private partnership across multiple sites, with a need for reliable support services including air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, laundry management, and security.

Spotless Group delivered integrated facilities and support services management, overseeing close to 300 staff and working with the design team to introduce operational efficiencies. The solution included water harvesting, heritage management, improved cleaning schedules, and digital tools for waste audits, room booking, clinical staff logs, and intelligent material ordering, alongside sustainability and safety initiatives such as energy conservation measures, toolbox meetings, training, and risk registers.
