Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), Western Australia’s only purpose-built convention, exhibition and meeting venue, needed a partner to help manage a high-volume event environment while maintaining world-class standards across operations, guest services, and facilities. Spotless Group provided integrated soft services and asset management support, including catering, cleaning, linen, security, portering, and maintenance.

Spotless Group implemented end-to-end venue management at PCEC, covering both front-of-house services and hard facilities such as asset replacement, high-level cleaning, grounds maintenance, fire services, utilities, waste management, and recycling. The results included support for an average of 100 events per month and around 50,000 meals served monthly, plus a $1.5M investment in Wi-Fi and security upgrades that helped the venue earn international recognition and welcome its 10 millionth visitor.
