NZDF (New Zealand Defence Force) needed a reliable partner to manage facilities maintenance across key sites, including the Manawatu Hub, National Army Museum, Trentham Military Camp, and later Burnham Military Camp. Spotless Group provided asset maintenance and management, cleaning, and facilities management services to support NZDF: Defence Property Group’s operational needs.

Spotless Group implemented a broad facilities maintenance program covering asset management, data management, operational maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and swimming pool management. The relationship began in 2011 and built on earlier work since 2005, with Spotless continuing the contract through to June 2021 and expanding its support across multiple NZDF locations.
