Melbourne Airport partnered with Spotless Group to support a wide range of operational needs across the airport precinct, including construction, facilities maintenance, asset management, and electrical services. As the airport expanded and upgraded terminals and infrastructure, it needed a reliable partner to help maintain continuous operations while delivering major works and ongoing service support.

Spotless Group, through AE Smith and Nuvo Group, delivered HVAC mechanical services for Terminal 4, supported construction on the Terminal 2 Bussing Airline Lounge Transit Expansion, and provided long-term maintenance with a 24/7 airport presence. Spotless Group also designed and installed a high-efficiency PV solar system generating 46,000 kW per year, supplying at least 1% of the building’s predicted energy use and helping reduce emissions and energy costs.
