Knox Private Hospital, a 359-bed facility in Melbourne, needed major expansion works while continuing to operate as a fully functional hospital. Spotless Group, through its Nuvo Group brand, was engaged for the hospital’s Electrical, Technology and Data works as part of the $4.5 million Stage 2 expansion project.

Spotless Group delivered the demolition, alteration, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the operating systems, supporting an expanded inpatient unit with 60 additional beds, eight consulting suites, a new main entrance, pharmacy/gift shop, expanded imaging department, and more than 240 new car parks. By carefully planning and communicating around live hospital operations, Spotless Group minimized disruption to staff and patients and completed the project on time and within budget.
