Jones Lang Lasalle, working in Victoria and Geelong, Australia, wanted to reduce carbon emissions while also achieving a positive financial outcome for its sustainable 7-level commercial office building in Geelong. Spotless Group, through its Nuvo Group brand, provided air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical, and sustainability services to support the project.

Spotless Group installed an additional 40kW solar PV generation system designed to maximize output from the available roof space. The solution helped the building achieve a 5-star NABERS Energy Rating, with a self-assessed rating of 5.5 stars, while Nuvo Group also continues to maintain and monitor the property.
