Eduwest Project Co Pty Limited partnered with Spotless Group to support the Western Australia Schools PPP, a major public-private partnership delivering eight new schools across Perth and surrounding areas. The challenge was to provide integrated facilities support for a growing school portfolio designed to open progressively over several years, while also planning for a long-term 25-year maintenance period.

Spotless Group implemented integrated facilities management services, including asset maintenance and management, cleaning, facilities management, and security and electronic solutions. The solution supports eight schools and an estimated $370 million project built on ecologically sustainable design principles, helping reduce energy consumption and providing long-term operational support for the state’s education infrastructure.
