Cockram Construction, working on the John Fawkner Hospital expansion in Victoria, Australia, needed a reliable electrical and technology partner to support a major healthcare redevelopment with minimal disruption to patients, visitors, and the surrounding community. Spotless Group, through its Nuvo Group electrical and technology services team, was selected to deliver the electrical package for the project.

Spotless Group provided auditing and testing, cabling protection, switchboard installation, generator replacement, identification of in-ground services, and demolition works for the state-of-the-art facility. The expansion delivered 51 additional beds, two new operating theatres, extra waiting and storage areas, and 70 additional on-site parking spaces, helping alleviate pressure on local streets while supporting the hospital’s growth.
