Bendigo Hospital - Customer Case Study

Bendigo Hospital, part of Exemplar Health (NBH), needed support for operating and maintaining a new, highly complex hospital campus in Victoria, including adjacent heritage buildings and a major Stage Two expansion. Spotless Group was engaged to provide facilities management services, along with catering and hospitality, cleaning, air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical support, and security and electronic solutions.

Spotless Group worked closely with the project’s design and construction partners before mobilisation to help ensure whole-of-life outcomes for the facility. Since opening, Spotless has helped the hospital maintain high service standards across a 372-bed facility with 11 operating theatres, an integrated cancer centre, and a psychiatric services precinct, supporting Bendigo Health’s goal of delivering world-class healthcare. The project also earned major recognition, including Victoria’s State/Territory Development of the Year award.
