Axiom Education Pty Limited, operating the TAFE Queensland Brisbane South Bank Campus in Brisbane, needed integrated support for its public-private-partnership campus operations, including asset maintenance, facilities management, laundry management, and security and electronic solutions. Spotless Group was brought in through the Axiom Education consortium to help manage the campus’s complex whole-of-life operational requirements.

Spotless Group implemented a dedicated Life Cycle Manager role to align refurbishment and long-term asset planning with TAFE Queensland Brisbane’s strategic education goals. Spotless Group also introduced a Strategy Development Board in 2014 to engage the delivery team and drive proactive contract improvements, resulting in multiple worthwhile initiatives and stronger ongoing contract management.
