Axiom Education Pty Limited engaged Spotless Group to support a major schools infrastructure program across New South Wales, including Western Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Kelso. The challenge was to deliver and then reliably operate multiple new or replacement schools with integrated services such as cleaning, facilities management, security, maintenance and other essential site operations.

Spotless Group designed, financed and constructed ten schools and then took responsibility for selected operational services through to 31 December 2035. The solution included a broad range of ongoing services, from cleaning and janitorial support to energy, pest control, porterage, waste management and security, with 45 Spotless staff currently assigned across the contract to help ensure safe and efficient school operations.
