Australian Unity, the owner and developer of the $200 million Carlton Wellbeing development in Victoria, needed a reliable electrical and services partner for Rathdowne Place, a 165-apartment high-end aged care and retirement living tower in Carlton. Spotless Group, through Nuvo Group, was engaged to deliver air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical services for this complex project.

Spotless Group’s Nuvo team carried out a full redesign of the electrical supply, switchboard, data cabling and lighting schedule to reduce overall cost while future-proofing the building for long-term technology upgrades. The 14-month design-and-construct package was delivered smoothly, on time and to budget, and Australian Unity was highly satisfied with the level of detail and final finishes.
