Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra needed a long-term, reliable way to manage and maintain multiple campus residences while keeping costs predictable and ensuring facilities stayed safe and operational. Spotless Group was selected to provide asset maintenance and facilities management across ten residences, including both existing buildings and a new one.

Spotless Group implemented a 30-year facilities management arrangement covering fire safety, waste disposal, grounds, air-conditioning, maintenance, and future capital upgrades. The contract is valued at more than $200 million over its term and will support housing for up to 3,760 students, while giving ANU budget certainty for three decades and allowing it to focus more on student and research outcomes.
