Auckland Airport partnered with Spotless Group to manage catering and hospitality across multiple retail sites at the Domestic Terminal in Auckland, New Zealand. The airport needed an experienced service provider to operate a range of food and beverage outlets efficiently for travelers and visitors.

Spotless Group implemented and currently runs five retail sites at the airport: Alice & George, Shaky Isles, Sumo Salad, The Bach Alehouse, and Wayfarer. The solution helped support a strong retail presence at the terminal, and Shaky Isles Domestic was recognised in the 2016 Retail Excellence Awards, highlighting Spotless Group’s successful delivery.
