Varidion, a managed communications provider, needed to learn email marketing from scratch and bring campaigns in‑house quickly to avoid ongoing agency fees. They partnered with Spotler (working through the CommuniGator onboarding offering) and enrolled in Spotler’s GatorUniversity programme to get rapid, hands‑on training and access to tools such as GatorExpress and CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics.
Spotler delivered a three‑stage training journey, online demos, bi‑weekly development meetings and CRM integration so Varidion could build, test, send and measure campaigns independently. As a result Varidion now averages a 5% click‑through rate, drives about 4× more recipients to their website per mailing, sends three times as many campaigns, and has seen a four‑fold increase in corporate hire attributed to email-driven remarketing, while becoming fully self‑sufficient.
