QA is a leading UK training provider with over 20 learning centres and 1,500 courses, whose complex website and large, engaged email audience made it hard to surface well-qualified, actionable leads for sales. As long-term users of SpotlerMail, QA adopted SpotlerLeads from Spotler to link web behaviour with email and identify high-value visitors (including IP-identified companies and returning cookied individuals) so marketing and sales could prioritise relevant prospects.

Spotler implemented SpotlerLeads’ Alert/Nurture and lead-scoring functionality and helped QA map and categorise key pages, enabling sales to receive only highly qualified, closable leads. The impact was measurable: Spotler-sourced leads achieved a 32% sales conversion rate in June 2016 and 28.7% in July 2016 (including a July example of 32% conversion of 153 actioned leads), while QA also uncovered hundreds of additional uncontacted leads for follow-up.
