Gamma, one of the UK’s largest fixed-line voice carriers with 717 staff, faced a disconnect between marketing and sales: CommuniGator marketing activities weren’t visible in their NetSuite CRM, forcing weekly meetings and slow, manual list uploads. To solve this, Gamma worked with Spotler using marketing automation and a CommuniGator–NetSuite CRM integration (including the Sync List Screen) to bridge the gap and automate list management.

Spotler implemented real-time syncing and dynamic marketing lists, plus automated workflows (for example, a ‘No‑response’ list) and bi-directional history reporting into NetSuite. As a result, sales can now see which campaigns prospects engaged with, leads are auto-qualified into relevant campaigns, manual list uploads were eliminated, and Gamma can run more campaigns based on live prospect activity with ROI data tracked back into NetSuite—all delivered by Spotler’s integration.
