DPD, a parcel delivery service, needed to turn the typical bias of online reviews (which often skew negative) into more positive feedback by improving the post-purchase experience. To address this, DPD partnered with Spotler and deployed Spotler SendPro to deliver real‑time transactional emails tied to the delivery journey.
Spotler implemented a time‑based email flow—day‑before notifications, a “Predict” one‑hour delivery window with the option to adjust up to 30 minutes, and immediate post‑delivery satisfaction requests—while Spotler SendPro (and Spotler Send+) streamlined IT, marketing and sales integration. The result: markedly higher customer satisfaction and more positive Kiyoh reviews, plus operational gains including a 4% reduction in kilometers driven (and associated CO2) and more reliable, fast email delivery.
