Brakes Group, a large foodservice supplier with more than 50,000 customers, wanted to increase customer engagement by delivering truly personalised email campaigns. Spotler supported Brakes Group, leveraging GatorMail’s dynamic content capabilities to move beyond basic name-based personalisation and build ultra-personalised messages tailored to each customer.
Spotler implemented dynamic rules that pulled CRM purchase data into GatorMail to populate bespoke content blocks — customized images, links, rewards and offers based on buying habits — in a simple, repeatable template. The result: click-through rates rose dramatically, from typical pre-implementation levels of 0.5–2% (about 1.5% on average) to over 15% on average, delivering a clear, measurable uplift in engagement.
