BloomSmith, a specialist lender formed in 2015 that provides VAT-bridging loans on real estate transactions, faced growing pains as it scaled: contact management relied on whiteboards and spreadsheets, which couldn't support more complex deal pipelines. To modernise their operations they adopted SpotlerCRM (from Spotler) in 2019 to replace manual tracking and better manage customers, cases and deals.

Spotler implemented SpotlerCRM with Service & Support case management, customisable/calculable fields and integrated marketing (later upgraded to Spotler’s Advanced Marketing tool), consolidating all customer data in the cloud and making reporting and dashboards easier to build. The result was a smoother pipeline from enquiry to completion, measurable user adoption across case handling (cases by user: Mike 4, Leon 3, Ana 2, Johti 2, Sophie 2, Jenny 1), faster calculations and time savings from custom fields, and improved marketing and reporting — all delivered by Spotler.
