Bibby Financial Services (BFS), the UK’s leading independent invoice finance specialist (handling £4.9bn annual client turnover and advancing £415m to SMEs), faced the challenge of scaling and securing complex, business‑critical communications to clients, prospects and intermediaries across the UK and internationally — including notifying customers of a major IT infrastructure change at go‑live.
