Grupo Xcaret, an eco-friendly adventure park resort in Mexico, wanted to provide a seamless, all-inclusive experience for its visitors by integrating data from across its hotel, parks, and restaurants. The company faced a challenge with disconnected systems and a lack of data governance. To overcome this, Grupo Xcaret sought a solution from vendor Spotfire and its parent company TIBCO, utilizing TIBCO Cloud Integration and other TIBCO solutions to unify its application ecosystem.

With the help of TIBCO, Grupo Xcaret integrated its systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Opera. The solution provided a 360-degree view of its enterprise architecture and enabled real-time analytics with TIBCO Spotfire. The results included a 45% reduction in data errors and an 85% occupancy rate in its first year of operation, allowing the resort to focus on delivering an exceptional and sustainable customer experience.
