Mt. Rainier Futbol Club, a volunteer-run non-profit serving more than 1,200 youth athletes southeast of Seattle, experienced rapid growth—from 10 to 40 premier teams plus a large recreational program—which strained volunteer administrators, club processes, and their technology.
