Spoon Guru worked with an e-commerce retailer that was struggling with basic dietary filtering on its website. Although the retailer had brand and health filters, post-purchase surveys showed that dietary search was a major pain point because results were often limited and inaccurate.

Spoon Guru implemented Product TAGs® across web, mobile web, and app to power search, filters, dietary landing pages, and SEO for dietary searches. The retailer first launched 24 TAGs® and later added 9 more, and Spoon Guru’s Product TAGs® now contribute to 5% of orders while customers who use them convert at a 28% higher rate than overall site visitors.
