Cognia deployed Splunk Enterprise from the outset and uses it across support, engineering and development for handset diagnostics, AWS/cloudwatch monitoring, error reporting and bug fixes. Ingestion and correlation of logs and CDRs enable proactive troubleshooting (including ghost‑call detection), real‑time dashboards, customer activity and battery reports, and custom compliance tools—resulting in improved customer experience, higher application availability and stronger audit/compliance capabilities.
