AAA Western and Central New York (AAA WCNY) is a nonprofit motor club serving about 840,000 members across 17 locations in upstate New York, offering roadside assistance, insurance, travel and financial services. The organization needed a fast, low‑overhead technology solution to improve operational responsiveness, maintain superior customer experience (especially for inbound roadside calls), and ensure PCI‑level security and compliance while reducing infrastructure complexity.

AAA WCNY deployed Splunk Cloud, integrating it with Cisco call management, VPN/firewall logs, badge‑swipe and video systems to enable real‑time call routing, network monitoring, insider‑threat detection, and off‑hours physical security alerts.
