Fashionette, a European retailer of designer handbags, shoes and accessories, wanted to reach a broader set of shoppers and make higher‑priced items more accessible without changing its luxury shopping experience. To do that it partnered with Splitit and launched Splitit Monthly Installment Payments in the U.K. to give customers a seamless, no-application way to pay over time.

Splitit integrated into Fashionette’s checkout and delivered measurable gains: average order values in the U.K. where Splitit was offered rose by over 20%, return rates for Splitit transactions were 18% lower than one‑time payments, and approval rates matched existing card rates at over 80%. Splitit also captured a meaningful share of U.K. payments and helped Fashionette expand reach among younger and middle‑aged women.
