MiStore, the official Xiaomi reseller in Portugal, moved online during the pandemic after closing multiple stores and needed a flexible pay-over-time option that wouldn’t limit average order value for higher-ticket electronics. They partnered with Splitit to offer an installment payment method that could be integrated into their checkout without capping purchase size.

Splitit was integrated in November 2020 across MiStore’s online and physical sales channels with strong support from Splitit’s team, and adoption was rapid. The result: MiStore more than doubled its conversion rate, saw sales grow over 200% across the three months around the holiday season, and now 14% of shoppers choose Splitit at checkout.
